Community Center Rental

Please call the City of Gwinner to schedule your event at the Community Center, after you have checked for availability on the calander.  

Then download and print off the Community Center Lease Agreement and the Community Center Rental Rules, fill out all information, sign both agreements and return to the City of Gwinner office. Please include the $150.00 refundable deposit with your paperwork. 

Rent and usage for occupation of these premises shall be as follows: 

• $150.00 for the front section fee, plus the kitchen charge (including the refrigerators)       
• $100 for use of back room               
• $150.00 Refundable deposit for cleaning the premises
